Emily, Thank you so much for your comments. Nobody understands like someone who really has been there!-Susie
-- Contributed by: Susie1506My 9 month old fraternal twin girls were 6 weeks early. One is siting, crawling and playing patacake, while one is content to lay on her stomach. They are different as night and day. I don't think my girls will have any problem with "identity issues." I think if you are a parent of twins, you know what to do. Don't worry so much about making them separate individuals. They already are, and you know they are. Do what feels right in your gut and your twins will turn out perfect. Feel free to e-mail me if you have twins :) edragonfly23@hotmail.com

-- Contributed by: Susie1506we are fraternal twins and are completly different height and have a different hair colour, but it is interesting when we both put hats on and take a photo no-one can tell who is who!

-- Contributed by: riyanaI've always heard about twins who have problems acting as individuals, so when I had twins, I was concerned. I needn't have been concerned. With no real effort on our part, they both made it clear they were their own persons. Now, it is more difficult to get them agree on the same anything than it is to get a unique opinion.
