Kids' Coloring Books

Kids' coloring books are more than just fun. Coloring is a great fine motor activity for young children. It strengthens the small muscles in their hands and improves their eye-hand coordination. Some children love to color in books while other kids prefer to sketch on plain paper. Either way is good practice for them. You can also get them online at Amazon. Surprisingly, a great place to get coloring books is at dollar stores. They often carry coloring books featuring many popular characters, and of course, each book costs just a dollar.

Coloring is a great past time for kids of all ages. Sit down and color with your children sometime. You just might find that you still enjoy it too!
