Kids' WB - The Cartoon Experts

Kids' WB is Warner Brothers programming for the pint-sized crowd. Few companies know cartoons like Warner Brothers does. This is the company, after all, that brought us the original Looney Toons featuring memorable characters like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Elmer Fudd. More recently they worked with Steven Spielberg to revitalize the kids' cartoon medium with shows like Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs. Today they own Saturday mornings and the after school hours with a cartoon lineup they call Kids WB. With a lineup of shows designed to entertain and enthrall children, Warner Brothers will keep your kids fixed on the television for a solid four hours on Saturday mornings.

The Kids' WB Lineup

Saturdays start off with back to back episodes of the bizarrely entertaining Coconut Fred's Fruit Salad Island, a show that simply must be seen to be understood. Your kids will laugh with glee as they watch Coconut Fred's wild dreams and imaginary events become reality on the wild and wacky Fruit Salad Island. It's a riot!

After the adventures of Coconut Fred and his pals on Fruit Salad Island comes the video game inspired Viewtiful Joe. Its anime style superhero action at its very best. This is a show that starts punching from the very start and never lets up. Kids love it!

The super-heroism continues with the latest animated version of one of Warner's staple characters, Batman. The Batman combines sharp writing with a uniquely stylized artistic vision to bring a character created over seventy years ago to breathtaking life for today's kids. Parents, you have never seen Batman like this!

The Batman is followed by Xiaolin Showdown, a show that blends the martial arts action kids go nuts for with an art style that is clearly influenced by the most popular anime and manga from Japan. Boys especially love watching the adventures of Omi, Raymundo, Clay, and the rest of Xiaolin Showdown's colorful cast of characters compete in exciting martial arts showdowns.

Parents will love watching Loonatics Unleashed with their kids as the characters of Ace and Lexi Bunny, Danger Duck, Tech E. Coyote, and Rev Runner are clearly inspired by the classic Warner Brothers Looney Toons characters that they grew up with themselves. You've never seen them quite like this though, as these Loonatics are action adventure stars in their own right as well as retaining their looney heritage.

Kid crazes Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh are also a part of the morning lineup, both surefire winners to hold kids' undivided attention for a good hour alone. Both franchises have spawned video games, movies, trading card games, and more. They represent a veritable kids' empire that every parent has doubtless known of for several years running. Gotta catch 'em all!

Finally, Kids' WB offers us the adventures of Johnny Test and his superhuman sisters Susan and Mary who help his wildest dreams come true.

This is a lineup that is vastly entertaining for kids of all ages. It may offer little to no educational value, but Saturday morning cartoons are supposed to be about blowing off steam and having a good time anyway. Kids' WB will help your kids do just that!
